Dear Our Precious and Beloved Community,
We pray to ALLAH (SWT) that you and your families are keeping well and safe.
Daru Al-Moameneen (DALMO) Management Committee and the Trustees wish you very rewarding the 10 days of the precious month of Dhu al-Hijjah.
We pray to ALLAH (SWT) that your ta’at are accepted and that we have all witnessed and have been rewarded your good deeds in these 10 days, Ameen.
As previously communicated, with great pleasure we announce that Eid Al-Adha will in sha’a Allah be on Friday, 6th June 2025.
Eid Arrangements
1. Venue :
CONFERENCE HALL 2 of THORNBURY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE CENTRE, Alveston Hill, Thornbury, BS35 3JB
2. Arrival and Start Time:
· Doors will be open from 8.30am. Please arrive not later than 09.15am so that you will be able to drop your family, park your car, take your place in the prayers Conference Hall 2 (brothers and sisters’ areas),
3. Eid Gifts
Children will in sha’a Allah be offered gifts as can be availed.
4. Road Work & Parking
If you are driving from the south area (Bristol) toward TALC, there has been a roadwork taking place near the Premier Inn / Hyundai Carshop. Please take an alternative road (see below) or please follow your online maps.
A free car park is available at the venue.
Please adhere to directives given by Marshals during all times in relation for the run of the Eid Prayers in the Thornbury Active Lifestyle Centre and ALL Guidelines dictated by the TALC in the car parks.
5. Other Key Requirements to attend:
a. Please bring your own PRAYER MAT.
b. Please ensure that WE ALL follow all the guidance in this communication and as provided by the marshalls on the day of Eid. Please look after the place, and park very appropriately to demonstrate the TRUE Very High Image of the Muslim Community.
